After using no-name foam surrounds for some time, I was disappointed by the poor quality which is not compatible with original BOSE foam surrounds. Due to the fact that original foam surrounds are not available on any market, I decided to develop my own brand surrounds. Thulinn surrounds represent state of the art quality. They make BOSE 901 speakers sound even more lively. The main ingredient of Thulinn surrounds is caoutchouc. The formula is designed exclusively for acoustic purposes. Thulinn surrounds last longer than any foam surround. Even cloth surrounds (sometimes called "lifetime surrounds") are not an alternative to foam surrounds, because they decrease the sound quality to a level that cannot be called HiFi.
The Thulinn kit includes a step-by-step pictured manual. It will guide you through the whole process of restoring your BOSE 901 speakers. It will also explain, besides changing the surrounds, how to improve the performance even more!
